RETURNS
Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Product returns 30-90 days may be accepted under special circumstances, and are subject to approval. If accepted, they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
When emailing, please have your invoice information ready and returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition and in it's original packaging with ALL original tags still attached to the item or garment.
*All returns are subject to approval*. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted. The following items are non-returnable: performance parts, electrical parts and special order items. All unclaimed, or refused COD parcels will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge amount (to cover costs to ship the parcel both ways).
Stated claims on products are as stated from the manufacturer, Throttle-Up Industries does not test all products, or substantiate all claims. For specific warranty information on all products please call the number listed below.
When purchasing items listed ON SALE there are no refunds or exchanges on these purchased items. No exceptions. Please be sure on sizing and color before ordering any of the ON SALE items. ON SALE items are listed on the "Sales and Featured Items" product page.
